By far the best all around printer I’ve ever had! Scans/prints fast and quality is great. Ink is also very inexpensive to replace which is uncommon these days. OCR on scanner is incredible!

I have always used HP printers and I always will. Their printers are awesome and so is this one. I have had this printer for about a month before I wrote this review so I could give a good review on it. But it does print great even on fast draft it looks awesome. I don’t print extremely alot but I am in school and I print quite a few things. So far the supplied ink cartridges that came with this printer has not given out yet, but I expect them too very soon because no manufacture provides a full ink cartridges. But I have checked the prices on the cartridges and they are pretty cheap so i’m cool with it. It prints very very quite, it does not do all the shaking like other printers do. The color is awesome!! The scanner works great as well I have used it quite a few times and every single time the scans look awesome. The wireless capabilities is very good and thats one of the main reason I purchased this particular HP printer. The only problem I would say I had was setting it up took a long time, installing the software and setting it up for wireless use took at least 30 minutes but besides that I would suggest this printer to anyone who needs a great wireless printer. Great Job HP!

For most, having the automatic sheet feed would be a most desirable option. However, if you need to copy a legal-size original that cannot be put through the sheet feeder, this copier won’t do it. The physical space required for the sheet feeder took away length from the platen. As a result, the largest original that can be copied on the platen is around 8-1/2″ x 12″.
I returned the D340 for a D320, which is identical in every way, except that it has a platen big enough for a legal sized paper and no automatic sheet feeder. Although I have had the machine for a short time, it seems to deserve the praise that other reviewers have mentioned.
Thanks to Amazon for their excellent return policy. It was everything I could have hoped it would be.

My previous Brother gave out after many years and tens of thousands of pages printed. It does what I ask it to do: it prints on command, faxes when I tell it to, copies what I want copied, and scans with efficiency. It is a good machine with a decent price. I have always found Brother Help line to be courteous, attentive, and helpful. They actually help me when I have a problem and they do it in an accent I can understand. I will continue to buy a multi-function printer from Brother as long as I need one. I leave it turned off when not in use, as I do all electronic equipment: not to save money but to reduce my carbon footprint.
There are plenty of reviews about the product so I will not elaborate on it. I want to share my experience with Global Express Import, which provided me with my current Brother multi functional machine. The machine arrived in a timely fashion, at the price agreed, and it worked out of the box. When I had a question about operating it I called their help line and received all the help I needed. I would recommend this company to others who need whatever it is they sell, and I have no idea what they sell other than the Brother I bought.

Arived timely, perfect condition. Performs flawlesly once set up and familiarized. Mine is partly shared use in a small, 4 person real estate office. Love the two trays for automatic letter & legal size printing without changing paper, a feature hard to find in this price range. The four segregated color print cartridges are inexpensive to purchase and give decent quantity printing. Print quality is excellent. For my business I mostly use “fast normal” setting to conserve ink. I definitely recommend this machine for home, home office and light office use.
