J.C. Frances was Arrested for DUI and Drug Possession
J.C. Frances was arrested for possession of cocaine in Daytona, Florida. The 43 year old was stop after he was caught racing his Lamborghini across the Sea Breaze bridge. France and the gentleman he was racing, who was in a Porsche Cayenne, where both arrested and cited for a DUI and cocaine possession.
The Daytona Beach police stopped the men separately after spotting them speeding across the bridge. Daytona police said France had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and had to lean on the car to hold himself up. The police found the cocaine in a small bag in his pocket. The other man who was arrested, Russell Van Richmond, is Frances roommate. Van Richmond, who is a relative threw one of France’s father’s ex-wives, reportedly told police, “I am a France. Do you know what that means? We own this city. I am gonna have your job,you are so done in Daytona.” Van Richmond was found with cocaine in pocket too.
Frances, who is also a Grand AM series driver was immediately suspended by Nascar.
