Pirelli says “no” to being exclusive new tire supplier to F1!
Japanese company Bridgestone isn’t staying past it’s 2010 contract as the primary tire supplier to Formula 1 and looks like Milan based Pirelli has said no to the opportunity to supply control tires to F1. ”Pirelli said it prefers to develop tires for racing that will also be used on the road. Yokohama and Kumho have been mentioned as being interested in becoming the next exclusive tire supplier to F1 and the search continues for 2011 tire supplier.
