Nascar To Honor Fallen Victims of Ft. Hood Shooting
In the wake of the recent Ft, Hood tragedy, nascar will honor the fallen comrades before Sundays race at Texas motor speedway. The speed way is only 170 miles from the tragedy and nascar is supposed to be planning a big ceremony in there honor.
Ryan Newman who is sponsored by the U.S army mentioned the shooting as he was being interviewed yesterday. Many have figured that after this, nascar will be doing something. After all, their ties to the army are very thick. Plus, it is something nascar will do and still continues to do.
The only question left standing is what will they do? Many think a big ceremony could occur before the race starts, but others think that a brief mentioning of it will happen but no one knows for sure. I guess we will have to tune in on race day to see what unfolds.
