After checking out many different brands and models of inversion tables, I purchased this one based on the positive reviews and cost of the item. As a lot of other customers I was not looking for a model that had all the bells and whistles. I was not interested in being able to use it for exercising. I just wanted a unit that is safe, well built and provides a sense of being secure while inverted. This unit does just that. Took about an hour to put it together. All the parts were there and it was fairly simple to do. It is very sturdy and easy to adjust. It will invert all the way back. Since I just received it I do not know if it will provide any significant health benefits. Time will tell. But I like the unit and I would purchase it again. Also, Amazon did did a fine job as usual in getting this purchase to me in a timely fashion. I received it 3 days early and in excellent shape. I have used Amazon for quite a while and there is no one on the net that provides better merchandise, value and service.

Well, i just received this tower today. Total time of putting the thing together is bout 1 hour.
Setting up – Everything parts were included, none missing (tho some of the washers were bent..maybe happened during shipping.)
Basic design – Very simple for a basic exercise to work on your upper body and core. (Good thing is that this machine offers both close grip and wide grip to do pull/chin ups). The leg raise is pretty neat as well.
The materials – I would say..the bar grips could use a little reinforce (Extra layer) so you won’t end up blistering your hands each pull up..even if i’m already use to it..still could use a little reinforce extra.
Some bads to consider – Not much to say..machine is pretty stable, even if it’s on carpet floor. Doing wide grip pull up can cause the grip to rotate..but thats bout it..Overall a great product that i’m sure will last me for a long time..or til i go to boot camp either way.
Things to consider – all the bad reviews on this product is mostly wrong..or misleading..
1. I can do dips perfectly on this product..i’m 5’10 and i did not hit my head one time doing dips..tho i admit the arm bar is a bit wide..but not too wide (Can’t complain when it’s only 110 dollars)
2. hmm ran out of bad reviews ..so try the product for yourself..everyone gets a little skeptic when they see some bad reviews, i did but eventually the good reviews outweighs the bad ones..so here i am..adding another 5 star.

This is a good product, as far as it goes. It is durable, and very useful for my husband, who is 5’3″.

That being said, the resistance doesn’t go up high enough, and I had a very different experience with it, at 5’6″.

I wouldn’t buy this again, but it’s great for beginners, and it would be a good initial trainer for someone thinking of taking up bowhunting.

i purchased this rower in a retail store over the Labor Day Weekend, and i am THOROUGHLY happy with my purchase. i didn’t know it was available on amazon, but as an amazon customer, i wanted to share about the BRW2000.

at our university gym, the rowers are extremely large in size, but they don’t have the versatility that the BRW2000 does.

why i love the Body Rower:
1. i can adjust the arms independently (i’m right handed, so i increase the tension on the left so that my arm strengths can parallel one another)
2. it doesn’t leak like old design rowers
3. i love the look and feel of the aluminum frame
4. the DVD that comes with it shows me how to use it to work out more than just my arms
5. it’s the perfect size. i pull it out to workout and watch some tv, then store it away in the closet downstairs.

my roommate and i both use this unit and haven’t had any problems!

I spent alot of time researching & reading reviews on different types of Inversion Tables, including the “Teeter”. For the money I saved and the quality of the product, I can’t say enough positive things about the Body Power AB & Back machine! It does exactly what it says it will do. The stretch relieves all that compression, and I use it faithfully every day for 10 minutes. My husband was very impressed by the workmanship that went into the product, and the easy of assembly. I have chronic lower back pain, and I love to walk every day, but my back just ain’t what it used to be, so as soon as I make it back in from my 2-1/2 mile hike, I head right for the Inversion Table. It is relaxing and gives me total and immediate relief. I am amazed! I weigh 160 lbs., and my ankles are quite comfortable in the cushioned restraints. The Table itself gives support & comfort, as well. It’s so easy to manuever, and just as easy to fold in half for compact wall storage.
I have not used the AB’s part as much, because I am focusing on my lower back and don’t want to put any strain on my back, than is necessary right now. But I will say that I love it so much, I told my Daughter about it, because she is suffering from a ruptured disc, and her Worker’s Comp. Doctor was very enthusiatic about her use of this machine, so I ordered her one as well. She is very glad I did!
