Confession: I am not a fighter. I’ve never been in so much as a wrestling match in my life. I played sports like soccer and volleyball, but I’ve just never been an aggressive, tough, karate-kid type of girl. I do, however, want to be fit. I want to be in good physical shape, I want to get a great workout, and I want to be the healthiest, best version of myself. As it turns out, I might not be a fighter, but I can train like one!
