So I want to get buff


Larp is fast approaching and I can barely swing my sword I am so weak and feable. I was afraid that I was hopeless but now my new friend Zach Vargos promised to help me get buff like him. He is going to be making me a workout routine. Right now I am set up to do 150 reps with 25 pounds. I will be curling so thats not to bad. If any of you guys want to work towards getting buff but you don’t want to start at 25 pounds do the same excercise with 10 pounds. Essentially you want to be doing anywhere between 8 and 12 reps before switching arms. Sounds intense but look at his arm versus mine. Right now because he is out of shape he can ONLY bench 265. WTF MATE!
