Defeat the elements and keep your feet warm, dry and bulk free with the Pearl Izumi Calien Toes Cycling Toe Cover. Designed for use with road shoes with internal cleats, these toe covers protect against biting wind and rain so that you can stay on your bike even in cool weather. Designed for moderate cold temperatures, toe covers are less bulky than full foot covers, and provide great protection exactly where you need it.

Pearl Izumi utilizes the experience and needs of world-class athletes when creating its products and the Calien Toe Covers are no exception. Constructed of Therma Fleece for warmth as well as moisture transfer so that your toes stay dry from within, and with a AmFIB waterproof laminate to keep wind and rain out, these covers provide optimum warmth, with minimum bulk. The toe covers simply slide over the front of your bike shoe with a secure cutaway opening for the cleat and are held snugly in place with nylon/lycra spandex bindings. Like all Pearl Izumi products the Calien Toe Covers have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, that excludes failures from accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear.

For best results Pearl Izumi recommends reading the product care label carefully, and washing the covers with additive free detergents that don’t have fabric softeners, perfumes, or any other additive type product as detergents with additives leave “surfactants” behind on a fabric’s fibers that inhibit the technical performance. Hang dry the covers or dry them on a low or warm setting. Never use a hot setting or a commercial dryer as this will damage the fabric’s performance.
