Welcome to my page! Here is a little background information on who I am. I was raised in a very small town in Minnesota. I joined the Army right after high school, but broke my hip and was discharged too soon. Then I moved to Dayton, Ohio, which to me is a big city – and I must admit a bit of a culture shock for me. Life is very different here than it was in my little town of 3,500 people. I have worked in various government institutions and offices since the Army, and the longer I work in government, the more convinced I become that it doesn’t really work the way it’s supposed to. My ideas and beliefs may be a bit ‘out of the box’, and if you think I’m way off base on an issue, please tell me about it. I’d like this blog to be a starting point to get important conversations going. It is important to take all sides of an issue into account, and I’d like this to be a venue for all differing opinions.

I chanced on this spot as i was doing just a little fact discovering intended for work and I’ve been trying to make the entire item to display except it’s odd only much more or less fifty percent of this post is displaying for me. Intriguing blog post. I came across your blog a while back when searching for articles dealing with American Politics and entitlements. I’ve become a returning visitor to your blog. I know I’m a little late in posting my comments but this particular article made a lot of sense to me and I enjoyed it. I can’t say that I agree with all you mentioned but it was definitely enlightening! I run a small US company that manufactures a line of collectible political gifts that commemorate the great leaders, speeches and events of American politics. I’m trying to create American jobs so I hope you don’t mind me including my link in this post. I’m always looking to promote our truly unique American made products and am one of the people who still believes America keeps getting better and better in spite of our current difficulties. This page seems to get a large ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to talk about is the most important thing.
Keep the posting up. I never thought I would find an individual that had close to the same grasp of worldly knowldege , however, you are that beacon of hope in humanity!I hope you continue to bring your knowldge and enlightenment to the world and never let your expression be squelched! Live strong!

Can I have a suggestion? I believe youve got something great over here. But imagine if you offered a couple of references to a website that backs up what you are? Or maybe you could give us more information to look at, something would connect just what you are saying, sth tangible?

It would be good to see more details of the financial arrangements. Using the concierge retainer for support of the general medical practice which also does free care and trains students is vague. What is the payer mix of the general clinic? I suspect high in government payers. Maybe a retainer practice could allow others to accept more Medicare & Medicaid patients in a private practice model.
The way I see it with the ever changing news its hard to keep up to date on current facts. Most of these commenters arent taking into effect the change of the global economy and how much of a different it has on news technologies / medical growth / economic / political issues. But anyways nice read, defiantly enjoyed your post. Found your blog on google search engines btw… most people always wonder how people are finding them.
