Beta Carotene and Your Hair

Beta Carotene is great for a lot of things: your skin, your eyes, and what is most important here is your hair. Beta Carotene makes your hair look and feel better and it helps it to grow faster. Oddly, beta carotene got its name from carrots but carrots are 15th on the list of whats highest in beta carotene. Here are other foods, with the highest being peppers, hot chili, and other things such as baby food, lettuce, spinach, turnips, and most red and green vegetables. If you ever have any hair trouble, eating carrots is most likely bound to help you pick up speed at least a little. Simple List of great Beta Carotene filled foods:
