Is Longer Hair Better?

A question that pops up in some women’s head is “Which Is Better Longer Hair or Shorter Hair?”. Well this can be a difficult choice for some who have already grown there hair out and is now considering cutting it. So here are a few pros and cons on why you should or shouldn’t keep your long luscious hair.

Pros:

  • More hair styles and options
  • Some men love long hair
  • Less neck sunburns
  • Better for winter

Cons

  • Have to keep up with it
  • Can get in the way
  • Very annoying on windy days or when gum is in it
  • You’ll spend more money taking care of it

A Healthy Scalp For Healthy Hair

A lot of people often follow every tip and strategy in the book to have healthy hair. However, many forget one of the most important aspects of having healthy hair, having a healthy scalp. The thing is, taking care of your scalp is actually easier that taken care of your hair itself. With these simple steps, you can take care of the problem right at the source, and we can all have healthy hair.

A simple scalp problem that millions of people suffer from is dandruff. You know, those white flakes that sometimes get into your hair and on your shirt. Well, if you want this issue to go away, you will have to replenish your scalp. The easiest way to do this is getting a hot oil massage done. This will replenish your scalp and your hair will love it too.

Another thing to do is to make sure you keep your hair clean and not full of grease. If greasy hair is an issue, wash your hair more frequently than you normally would. Also, after shampooing, apply a conditioner. this will help with the problem and improve the health of your hair at the same time. Remember, if you can stay true to these simple tasks, your scalp and hair will be even better than before.
