I have such a hard time smiling naturally in pictures! My friends always make fun of me about it, so i decided to look up some tips online. I literally have one of those straight across smiles,or one that makes me look like a chipmunk!!
Smiles are so important to, when someone is smiling it naturally just draws us to them and makes them approachable.

—HERE ARE SOME TIPS—
*One way to become better and more natural at smiling is to increase your awareness. Focus on others smiles and notice how friendly and welcoming they look. This will encourage you to smile more.
*Always be relaxed when posing for pictures, if your not relaxed your smile will look forced and fake.
*Try to think of somthing funny that has happened in the passed so you will smile or laugh resulting in a natural smile.
*One of the best ways ive learned is to smile big and naturally then relax your eyes. When I smile big my cheeks get huge and relaxing my eyes makes my smile more relaxed brings my cheeks back to normal size. (:
*Ive also heard that tickling the top of your tongue always gives you a great smile.
*Always make sure you are sitting up straight and not slouched over, posture takes huge play in how your picture turns out.
*Make eye contact with the lens and focus on one spot this helps you look attentive and not out of it or dazed.
*Smile with your cheek bones and be sure to widen your eyes so that you do not squint.

With all the deaths latley, it kind of makes me think about things. We need to really cherish the time we have on earth and live our lives to the fullest. We take so much for granted and get worked up about the dumbest things when really we should just apppreciate all the little things in life. You dont live forever, and life is such a precious thing, lets not take it for granted..

I did skip last week but here is last nights!

This week Jillian takes off on a trip around the country to meet each of the five remaining families. Meeting the parents is always nerve racking!

First was Reid’s family in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Jillian was more than nervous considering the fact that Reid wouldn’t date her if any of his family members disapproved! All that worrying turned out to be for nothing when the two walked in door. The family loved Jillian and Reid’s mom made it apparent that she felt Reid should be married by now since he his coming up on the big 3-0.  I think his family liked Jillian and was very warm and welcoming. I never paid much attention to Reid, but now that I have i think he is a cute, sincere guy.

Next up was Michael ‘s family in Valencia, California. The family seems to really enjoy her and they all claim Michael is ready to be married but he is only 25. This makes Jillian wonder if he really is. I do think Michael is a funny, sweet guy but I really do not think he is ready to be married or settle down.

My personal favorite was next; Kyptin in San Diego, California. The nerves start to roll in when they arrive at his beachfront mansion and she feels she is not good enough for the family. To make matters worse as they make their way to the luxurious backyard there is caution tape surrounding the hot tub, referring to Jason and Jillian last season! Kyptin’s mom puts Jillian  to the test to see if she can recognize which of two pieces of lasagna and which of two glasses of wine is “the best.” Lucky for  Jillian she  gets it right! Think of how awkward that would of been if she didn’t! The family was a little over the top if you ask me and it will take a lot from Jillian to try to fit in!

Jillian then takes a trip to Carmel to visit Jesse and his family at their winery. Nothing special or exciting happened. The family seemed to like Jillian but i found this date the most boring. Jesse is one of my least favorites considering who is left.

Last was the trip to Austin to meet both Wes’s families; his real family and his band. He gives her a private show and finishes the song he started. She seems to really enjoy it although i think hes pretty sketchy and just there for the publicity. Jake flies down to Austin just to tell Jillian about Wes’s so called girlfriend Laurel. he confesses Wes has talked to him about her  more than three times and Jillian is devastated. when Jake leaves Wes comes in and says it is untrue. When the men are put face to face both stand their ground and Jillian ends up believing Wes. They continue the evening by visiting his family and when they explain why they are so late the family says that is outrageous and he would never do that which reassures Jillian. She seemed to like the family and i think they liked her.

Just hours before the rose ceremony there’s a knock at Jillian’s door. Its Ed. He claims he made a mistake and once Jillian gets over the shock of him being there she agrees to allowing him to come to the rose ceremony.

Reid gets the first rose, then Kiptyn then Ed. I thought Michael should of gotten the last rose but nope, it went to Wes. I was disappointed to see Michael go he seemed to really like her, especially since Wes was staying. It was time for Jesse to go home.

Itss now down to 4 guys and I like all of them, I don’t know who i want to go home! cant wait till next weeeK

I am finally home from my awesome vacation in the Outer Banks. It was really funn! (: We basically just went to the beach everyday, it only rained once! Although there was the typical family drama it was great seeing my family that I hadn’t seen in FOREVER! I’m glad to be home though (:

This Friday i will be leaving with the whole fam for a trip to the Outer Banks in North Carolina! I am so excited! (:

We are meeting my cousins there who i haven’t seen in forever! There are 20 of us!!We rented this huge house right on the beach (where i will be spending most of my hours;working on my tan)!

The only thing i am really dreading is the LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGG car ride! ugh! i hate being in the car for more than 30 minutes and i am definetly not looking forward to the 10 hours ahead of me! after work today, I am going to use my hard earned money to buy an itouch! Im really exciteed (:

Today i just got a new Q-link, I’m kind of anixous to see whether or not it makes a difference!

I’m not a HUGE Twilight fan but Ive read the first 3 books and i have to admit I’m really excited for New Moon the movie!!
I loved the first book but the second not so much.. I don’t know it was just not as interesting to me maybe because cause Edward was gone!!
I was pleasantly surprised with the third book! i really liked it!

I was pondering among different sites when I came across this amazing story!

Four year old Daniel Blair was trying to do something nice for his week old muddy, adored  cocker spaniel  by giving him a bath after the walk they took through the garden. Sounds sweet, right? Minor setback; the bath was in the toilet and when Daniel pulled the chain the little pup went zoom right down the pipes!!

The mother ;Alison reports that she  darted into the bathroom and found the puppy missing. “I assumed it was dead,” she told the Daily Mirror. “I went into the garden, managed to lift up the drain cover and was amazed to hear him crying.”

The local news station made an announcement to  the neighborhood advising them not to flush their toilets with the fear of the pup making its way into the contaminated sewer! The fire department and RSPCA made many attempts to rescue the pup but failed because the pup was stuck in a pipe 20 yards from his home! this was then taken to the next level when drain specialists came to the scene and used their specialized camera to track him down  and scoot the pup to the nearest manhole where the heroic fireman came to his rescue! Four hours later the puppy was finally rescued and had a new name! The cocker spaniel was named Dyno after the draining company who rescued him.

Dyno is now recovering from his trip down the drain!!

I was surfing the Internet when I found all these articles about Zicam!

It kind of scared me because i have used this cold preventative before. Zicam contains zinc which is okay in sunscreen but apparently not so helpful in nasal spray and may cause destruction of nerve cells in nose needed for smell! The FDA reports that about 130 users  have reported a loss of smell after using Zicam products since 1999.

Matrixx the manufacturing company had recieved  a warning letter on Tuesday asking the company to stop marketing its zinc-based products. Matrixx then did not have a normal recall but instead was asked to have to submit safety and effectiveness data on the drug.
