2. At mid-afternoon: tea oolong or green tea.
3. Before bed: Rooibos tea or honeybush. Camomile tea could also help you to relax.
4. If you feel stressed: black tea or Rooibos.
5. For children to school supplies: mixed your child’s favorite juice with a cup of herbal tea or Rooibos can be mixed also with orange juice and other good idea also parents could mix apple juice with honeybush tea in it.
6. If sore throat: add tea with honey as an antiseptic.
7. If stomach nausea: add the tea with slices fresh ginger.
8. To add vitamin C: add the tea with lemon slices.
