How to keep fat after drink Soda-soda Zero

“Too much calorie intake can cause weight gain”. That is the theory used by producers of low-calorie soft drinks to sell their products. But did you know that soft drinks labeled ‘zero calorie’ was actually dangerous?

By Taking advantage of public awareness who began to think about calorie intake, soda manufacturers were competing each other to produce low-calorie products or  not even product with zero calories inside.That is why, in many advanced country ” zero-calorie sodas are very popular and many people consumed it.

As a comparison between zero and non zero soft drink,1 can of regular soda contains average 143 calories, while 1 can of soda which contains zero calories contain 1 calorie.well it Sounds like a healthy right?well take a look closer

if you’re careful,look at the composition of product packaging, there is a big difference between regular sodas and zero calories sodas. Zero-calorie soft drinks contain aspartame or artificial sweeteners, while the non zero soda could possible mention “use real sugar only”

Though,Aspartame has a sweet taste 180 to 200 times higher than regular sugar. In the regulation of Food and Drug Administration (FDA), aspartame is allowed to use for this type of weight loss drink.no problem right,but

some studies show that there is some harmful side effects of consuming aspartame,including therein are dizziness, headaches, mood changes and skin reactions , include  increase body weight although it advertised”low level calorie”.

Quoted from That’s Fit, Tuesday (9/1/2009), the study says that when someone is eating something low in calories, the brain will be embedded assumption that it wont be a problem to eat low calorie intake over and over again”

Thus, the appetite would be stimulated and it will make people eat more.moreover,Sweet drink also makes a person hooked and this what make them crave to eat all over again.

Actually there is no healthy soda ,though it advertise zero calories soda. there is only Few nutrients contained in it.and last  There’s a good idea to choose water, juice, tea or other beverages that are healthier than soft drinks to buy

Keep healthy with no Soda :)
