Eating salty foods can make our body dehydrated,then it will cause our body get water retention in which causes mild hypertension that will disturbed the process of cellular repair process

Don`t eat sweet food before sleep either,WHY?

sweet foods will make us hard to sleep because sweet food will order our brain to release hormone insulin. As a result there is sugar in the blood vessels will be stored in muscle cells, liver and fat.
