Wish: I don’t have $107 to pay my electric bill and it is going to be shut off if it isn’t paid by Monday, Nov. 28. I don’t have one cent to buy my grandchildren any Christmas gifts. There will be absolutely no gifts under my tree this year. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
