The key to weight loss is, counting your calories.  Staying under 2,000 calories a day will keep the rolls away. Remember to staying active, that will keep the weight off.  I lost over a 100 pounds and I have keep it off for 2 years by watching my calories and trying to get some kind of exercise everyday.  It doesn’t have to be a hard work out either, stretching or a nice walk will start work your muscles.

If you really want to jump start your weight loss start making change in your diet. Eating less meat and start drinking water instead of soda or some other high calorie drink. If you are the type of person that has to have a soda or there cup of coffee, remember that your drinking calories and the more you drink it your adding up the calories.  Many of us are going over the 2,000 calorie make everyday and they don’t even realize it.
