A 7 year old boy living in Plain City said it was to hot to go to church, so instead he stole a car. Police tailed it for over ten blocks. The child got up to 45 miles an hour even though he had to scoot down to do so blinding him. Investigators choose not to charge the young man with anything because he is so young, though they considered charging his parents with negligence. Police just hope that the boy’s parents will keep a closer eye on him.
