Poor lil' Guy..

Taking effect July 1, 2009, Circus’s have one year to comply with the law that prohibits the use of animals in their acts.  There was so much animal abuse that was discovered to such an extreme, that this radical decision just had to take place.  What those people possibly could have been doing to those animals is something is a terrible thing that is not going to happen anymore to those poor victims.  Authorities are trying to make sure the unused animals are not killed.  Poor guys.
