Have been wearing this shoe for daily power walking with my wife for many years now. One pair lasts about a year. I can tell it’s time for a replacement when my back and knees start to ache, look as the soles and notice they have no tread left and then lace up the new pair I keep in reserve while ordering another two pairs from Amazon. Great walking shoes at a great price.

I have been buying these shoes for at least 10 years from Roadrunner Sports. I am on my third pair. I wear them all the time. I also wear them for walking and jogging. The shoes last at least 3 years. I weigh 215 pounds and have wide feet, size 11 EE. The shoe is wide at the ball of the foot and more importantly has a roomy toe box. I never realized how good they were until this year when I could not find them in the catalog. I finally bought a pair of New Balance 587s which are more expensive and not as good. If you can find these shoes in your size buy two pair!

I bought a pair of these shoes in the early 1990′s. I wore these several times per week ever since and I still occassionally put them on to work in the yard. That is how well they are made. I have never owned a pair of shoes that lasted as long as these have. Last month I bought a new pair. I guess I won’t have to buy another pair for 15 or so years. A generation on two pairs of shoes that is pretty impressive to me. Their comfort is unbeatable. In all my years of buying shoes I have never owned a pair that gave me more satisfaction.
