There was an Amber Alert issued Wednesday morning right after a father entered home on the base and abducted his two children without permission. Military officials say the father, who was identified as 35-year-old Allen Fish, does not have custody rights to his children.

Around 6:45 a.m. Fish came into the house and took the two kids. Witnesses say that he jumped into a silver Honda Element with Oregon plates though the letters are unknown, and he was last seen heading south on Interstate 5 toward Oregon. Fish is around 6-feet-4-inches tall, and weighing 220 pounds with blond, balding hair and blue eyes. He has two tattoos located on his back and shoulders that are of Chinese symbols. He was wearing a dark T-shirt and blue or black jeans.

Reuben Fish is 5-years-old, and of Philippine descent. He is 3-feet tall, weighing 55 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. The last time he was seen he was wearing two-piece pajamas with a spaceship pattern. Dylan Fish is 4 years old, also of Philippine descent, and is described as 2 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 50 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing matching pajamas with a spaceship pattern.

Reports indictate that Allen has a violent history, and there were several instances of domestic violence. He is to be considered dangerous, and any information you have about him or his children is extremely helpful.
