		<description>Hey - understood!  Learning style is really an important part of communicating - if we do not understand how someone learns or absorbs information, it is really impossible to convey information to them.

		<description>Not so much a great knowledge sharing story, but I have found I am very much a visual learner. I understand things much better if it&#039;s plotted out visually in front of me or there is some sort of visual interpretation that take you through the steps.</description>
