Mr. Fieger is a management consultant with extensive experience in Information and Communication Technology, particularly from the perspective of strategic project direction. His experience encompasses over two decades of project and program direction, advanced business strategy and ICT enablement with leading corporations and governments.

His work has included change management and organizational transformation, e-commerce implementation, business cases, e-healthcare implementation, management and technical reports, procurement management, major proposal preparation, contract negotiation and management.

During his career Mr. Fieger has served in many roles:

· Strategic Advisor to organizations ranging from provincial governments to publicly traded multi-nationals and closely held small / medium enterprises.

· Advanced Program Manager / Division Manager with Science Applications International Corporation, a Fortune 500 ICT integration company. where he was responsible for initiation of the Canadian Healthcare Informatics practice;

· Vice President with Systems Xcellence Inc., a world-leading developer of e-healthcare management software, where he was responsible for services to government sponsored health plans;

· Principle with Systron Projects Inc., a Canadian ICT consultancy

· Consultant with Management Systems Ltd., a Canadian developer of business management and financial systems.

Mr. Fieger has worked on engagements in countries including Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, the Republic of Maldives and the United States.
