Real Age: Cholesterol Control

Earlier, I wrote a post about apples. It is called “apples and duck”. Apples are great this time of year picked fresh off of the trees. I just read this article which revealed that eating apples helps to reduce cholesterol. Here is the link to the article in Real Age:

This doesn’t mean you have to eat a raw apple three times a day. You can bake apples or scroll down to find my recipe for apple tart tatin. I’ve been eating sliced apples with a little bit of peanut butter and honey. Be creative. Sometimes when ideas come out like this people go overboard and lose all interest in one ingredient after a month of nothing but apples. Don’t let that happen. Effortlessly add them into salads and snacks and enjoy while your cholesterol improves. Mmm…
