If you saw the Mad Men where Megan surprises Don with this song and dance. In case you didn’t catch the lyrics, here they are in French and English.
FRANCAIS
Zou bisou bisou
Zou bisou bisou, mon Dieu qu’ils sont doux
Zou bisou bisou (x3)
Zou bisou bisou, le bruit des bisous
Dans les buissons sous le ciel du mois d’août
Les amoureux glissent à pas de loup
Comme les oiseaux ils ont rendez-vous
On l’entend partout
Zou bisou bisou
Zou bisou bisou,
mon Dieu qu’ils sont doux
Mais dites-moi savez-vous,
ce que veut dire entre nous,
Ce que que veut dire “Zou bisou” ?
Ça veut dire je vous l’avoue
Mais oui je n’aime que vous
Zou bisou bisou
Zou bisou, mon Dieu que c’est doux
Mais pas besoin des buissons du mois d’août
Quand tu m’embrasses doucement dans le cou
Car c’est curieux tu vois je l’avoue
Ça me fait partout zou bisou bisou
Zou bisou bisou des petits bisous !
ENGLISH
Zou kiss kiss
Zou kiss kiss, my God they are sweet
Zou kiss kiss (x3)
Zou kiss kiss, the sound of kisses
In the bushes under the sky of August
Lovers glide stealthily
Like birds they go
You hear it everywhere
Zou kiss kiss
Zou kiss kiss,
My God they are sweet
But tell me do you know,
what it means to us,
What it means to “Zou kiss”?
That means I must confess
But yes I do love you
Zou kiss kiss
Zou kiss, my God how sweet
But no need bushes in August
When you kiss me gently on the neck
Because it’s funny you know I admit
It makes me everywhere zou kiss kiss
Zou kiss kiss of little kisses!

For the last few months the political rhetoric has been louder than normal. As an election nears here in the United States, lawmakers seem to pick up the pace. With a slew of monumental challenges to face, they need to be. Our country is in a tough spot and, now, more than ever, we need leaders – and we need to take action ourselves.
Like most people, I tend to catch the headlines, have some sort of reaction, and then go about my day. I always go to vote, and try to at least be educated on the issues, but I can’t say I do much more than that politically – other than this.
I was checking out social author Walter Brasch and I came across this old Anne Feeny song. I was a product of the 60′s, not a participant and so I can’t relate totally with the struggle the country faced then, but it’s a great song and I think it puts things in perspective.
Have you been to jail for justice?
I want to shake your hand
‘Cause sitting in and laying down
Are ways to take a stand
Have you sung a song for freedom
Or marched that picket line?
Have you been to jail for justice?
Then you’re a friend of mine
We are free to change, however we like, but nobody needs to go to jail for it. All you have to do is get online.
RockTheCapital.com was founded by Andy Stein and Eric Epstein. These guys are real influencers and you may have seen them on one of the news channels talking about Nuclear Energy or Politics recently. They have a passion for politics and to see real change in our world. They started Rock The Capital (RTC) as a network of political stakeholders and it’s where I first heard the old Anne Feeny song.
RTC has a vision for giving voice to those with something to say. Like Walter Brasch for example. Walter lived the 60′s and has written 17 books since then, along with getting a Ph.D and becoming one our nations leading American Social Issues journalist. Rock the Capital gives Dr. Brasch, and all of us, a louder political voice.
So do yourself a favor (as well as Dr. Brasch, Andy Stein and Eric Epstein) and listen to the song and ask yourself – would you go to jail for justice?

2011
Yovia, the first People Engine, announced today that the U.S. Patent and Trademark office awarded Yovia exclusive trademark rights on the phrase Spread the Word®.
Yovia coined the phrase in 2007, and it has been widely used to describe social networking ever since.
“It’s amazing to watch how widespread something you introduce into the world can become, without people even realizing where they first heard about it,” said Yovia CEO, Jalali Hartman.
Yovia’s technology allows millions of social networkers around the world to measure, grow and earn income from who and what they know. The company, and it’s growing network of worldwide contributors help ‘spread the word’ on behalf of advertisers and other organizations wishing to gain exposure on websites like Facebook, Google and Twitter.
“We’re creating an engine and an economy around social networking and blogging. Spread the Word® describes exactly what Yovia does,” said Hartman. “We were excited to be awarded the registration for this invention.”
