Rumors of Apple making a Mac Tablet are older than Bob Barker, but there have been some major flare-ups of rumors and news about the so called iTablet. It’s been reported by several news outlets that the supposed iTablet will feature a 10-inch touchscreen, both Wi-Fi and 3G data, and a custom ARM processor. It’s already been priced at $800 and even greenlit by none other than His Majesty Steve Jobs for a September release. Not one iota of this has been officially confirmed, but the prospect of a Mac Tablet seems more within reach than ever before. It will have built in Wi-Fi and some rumors have said that it will have built in Bluetooth, for your mouse, phone or other device. It is also compatible with 3Gand is going, most likely, be restricted to AT&T.

No one knows anything about the Operating System. Some rumors have said it will be very similar to the iPhone. Which would suck, because then we would have to freakin do everything the way Apple wants us to and buy stuff through the App Store. Some Rumors have said that it will be a newer version of OS X. No news on whether it will be stenciled or heat sensitive, like the iTouch and iPhone.

I can’t wait for this to be released if it is true. I am not much of a Mac lover, but I can adjust, or just put Windows on it. Haha!

My new laptop comes with a nicely sized 320 GB Hard Drive and pretty soon I will be getting a 500 GB External Hard Drive. That is still not enough to match this new hard drive, its not evenn half of it. Hitachi made the 2TB Hitachi Deskstar 7K2000 internal hard disk, the first of its kind. This 3.5-inch drive spins at 7200RPM, which is very fast for this kind of drive.

So the UN has finally seen that our environment does need help. But it wants to do something in order to show the world that it is aware. The UN is building a huge “Think Tank”, basically the UN Global Compact Center will act as the site where the UN officials will meet up and talk about environmental problems and how to fix them and other Global problems. The building is being built over the very infamous Hunter’s Point Shipyard, which has been deemed one of the most polluted sites in the nation by the US Environmental Agency, as a sign of environmental awareness. The building will ultimately be an 80,000-square-foot center that’s LEED certified, cost $20 million and is scheduled to begin construction in 2011.

I was browsing the web and I noticed an article on a project that the British are attempting and it really interested me. The London Garden Project will try to get a major portion of London to take cars away and ride on new environmentally friendly bikes and buses. The new high-tech bike design is super lightweight, can  electricity from you pedaling and has solar panels on the hubless wheels. All this will either all you to power the small motor in it, to propel you like an electric bike or it can store the power in a battery inside of it. The project has an idea for a “Bike Rack” that will lift your bike into the air  and store it there. The whole point of being in the air is in hopes of the wheels turning in the ind and possibly generating wind power. The e buses could take electricity from you battery in exchange of a bus fare. I really like this concept and I cannot wait until something like this happens to the world. Cars are a necessity, but why do you need cars if you create a well designed city with an amazing Public Transit System? I have a couple ideas of my own and, quite possibly, I will create my own design for something like this.

I am so excited last night I was wondering what I could buy with $250 dollars, so I went to go browse the web. I went to so many different places and I found a lot of very expensive stuff that I wanted.  I decided you know what, I really don’t care if it’s used or not, so I went to Craigslist and I saw some good deals and all. Then I saw one listing that said XBOX 360 and I decided you know what I’m going to get an XBOX 360. I searched for it on Cragslist and I saw an amazing deeal that I couldn’t give up: a Halo Edition XBOX 360, 20GB HD, 2 Halo Edition Wireless Controllers, 2 Guitars, Rock Band 1 and 2, Guitar Hero World Tour, GTA 4 and a couple of other games including Marvel Ultimate Alliance. All for $250! I was like “MINE!!!” Haha, I’m so excited. I called the guy and he said he still had it and would let me test it at his house before buying it and I should be going over there after work today to go test it and get it.

I am going to try and save up two of my paychecks and some possible birthday money to get a nice flat screen TV. I have one, but it’s sorta small. I’m hoping to get a 32 inch Flat Screen for about $350 – $400 and have an extra $150 or so left to get some possible new games and my school supplies.
