this tv mount was purchased through Amazon
received the mount and was confused by the insrtuctions and some parts were missing. contacted vendor and new parts were overnighted. the instructions apparently are generic for all mounts because i became confused when i read that they were for a 17″ tv. the vendor was very quick to respond answered all questions within just a few hours. would buy from him again.

Works ok. Mounted 32″ TV on this. TV leans to one side if the mount is articulated to the side. Not as sturdy as I was expecting.

The mount is a good product. Only issue is, once TV is mounted, the weight of TV causes the mount arm to sag as you probably have seen in other reviews.
TV is only 32 LCD and does not weigh much, but extended arm does sag a bit. Other than that a good purchase.
