I am a very active 53 year old female and part of my fitness regime is lifting weights 3 times a week. I have a couple of issues with my wrists and thumbs and wanted some kind of security around them when I lift. Not that I lift massive amounts of weight but I like to go heavier over periods of time and was finding it quite painful and difficult. These help my hands feel more sturdy. I found these Valeo Ocelot gloves on Amazon and was happy to see that they come with an option of up to the wrist as well as wrapping around the wrist; the latter of which I chose. They fit as expected. I figure my hands are medium size, so that’s what I ordered. The only complaint is that the wrist part of it is extremely tight ( feels like it cuts off my hand circulation a bit ) I’m not sure if it’s my already painful wrists or if the wrap part is just not as roomy as it could be. Although, because I like the rest of the fit; the soft leather, the padding on the palm and the length of the finger covers, I am going to see if I can add some Velcro to the wrap to lengthen them a bit. Nice quality and the price is reasonable considering. I highly recommend them if you lift.

I was looking for a medicine ball to start working with at home and this one is perfect. It’s textured so I can get a firm grip on it, it’s solid (as opposed of others I’ve used that seem to have a weight that rolls around inside of them), and it arrived early. I’m thinking about ordering the other sizes, but for now I’ll stick with this one. It’s the same as the ones at the gym, which is pretty cool.

I ordered these hand-weights, and they are just perfect. I had hoped that they weren’t too light. Since some 2lb hand-weights actually seem to weigh more or less then other hand-weights(Odd, I know). They were packaged well and covered in thick plastic to protect it’s texture. These are nice and have a nice texture that makes them easy to hold during longer periods of time. I use them during my exercises or even just sitting at my desk for little extra toning. Very happy with my purchase.

I intended to buy larger ball but eventually end up with this one. I have neck problem and smaller ball is better for exercise. I did some exercise following the instructions. It did relieve my neck pain. I should buy a ball earlier.
My baby pushes it around in his walker. It is a lot of fun. Sometimes I put him on top and bounce the ball. Worth buying it.

I bought these to use with my Brazil Butt Lift workout. Overall, these work well. I like that the weights can be added or subtracted. My last pair of ankle weights did not offer this feature. One thing to point out, the ability to add/remove weight makes these weights a bit bulkier than others because the weight is divided into five sections. My last pair were not bulky because the weight was evenly spread throughout the ankle portion.

I do have two compaints. 1) These are five pounds max each. The description can mislead the buyer. 2) I had a hard time with the individual weight packets. It was hard for me to take them out and put them in the little pockets. My hands are small. I am sure that someone with larger fingers/hands would have more difficulty. It can be done, it’s just not an easy task.

Oveall these are highly functional for the price.

I like these a lot, they are comfortable and they are easy to work with. My only issue with them is that I’m small and sometimes they slide around on my ankles and arms, even when I pull it as tight as I can. If you have a small frame, you might want to try them over some pants or a shirt or something wrapped around your arms so they don’t move. I don’t blame the product for that, though, I’m just a very small person.

I bought this product after searching on ebay, and many other sites. There was only one other company that sold adjustable combined 20 pd total weights, and I only saw 2 reviews for that, compared to the Valeo brand same item, which had a number of reviews. Overall I love mine. They must have made the plastic covering the weights, from a sturdier material because it definately looks durable, but I still won’t manhandle it too much. I did wiggle the weights into their slots, as was mentioned by another reviewer and it slipped in easy. It’s also very easy to take in and out of the slots. I am 5 ft 10 in, and weight 170, so yes, the weights do look extremely large and bulky on your ankles, but I don’t care, I didn’t buy it for style. I knew how to adjust it around my ankles when I got mine, and after I changed the weights to 6 pds each, I figured out how to wrap them as tight as possible around my leg. Yes it does slip down from your lower shin and sits on your ankles and the top of your feet, but if your wearing socks and sneakers, you should be fine (might hurt after walking in them though, but hey they are weights!) I have yet to buy wrist bands and try to put them around my ankle and then put the weights over that (as suggested by another reviewer)to see if it makes a difference in keeping them up. The velcro is made of tough stuff so it doesn’t look like it will break anytime soon.I have so far walked around my job and my house in them and MAN!! I felt it after a 1/2 hr. So you can definately feel yourself working your legs and stomach muscles a little more. I am now going to try walking a good 2 hrs with them on around a track and see how I feel after that. I will review again in another 2 months see how I feel about them then.
