The experiences of the GSI Commerce founder as he went undercover in his own firm and got into the shoes of his employees was aired last night in the show. Last night’s segment of “Undercover Boss” witnessed the 37 year old GSI Commerce founder go to work in his company as a holiday season employee Gary Rogers, who worked really hard along with his other co-workers without giving them the slightest hint that he was in fact their boss. While getting a taste of the day to day activities of his employees, the viewers witnessed Micheal G. Rubin perform a variety of tasks such as unloading trucks, arranging orders of the customers as well as taking calls from customers.
