The top executive to be featured in the latest episode of the popular CBS reality show “Undercover Boss” was Michael G. Rubin, CEO and founder of the e-commerce company GSI Commerce. The experiences of the GSI Commerce founder as he went undercover in his own firm and got into the shoes of his employees was aired last night in the show. With the enormous amount of popularity that the CBS reality show has witnessed with its earlier episodes, it did not come as a surprise that the latest episode of the show also received wide viewership.

While getting a taste of the day to day activities of his employees, the viewers witnessed Micheal G. Rubin perform a variety of tasks such as unloading trucks, arranging orders of the customers as well as taking calls from customers. Meanwhile, the latest episode of “Undercover Boss” also showcased the GSI Commerce founder lose his temper over a call center employee who was supposedly rude to a customer registering complaint.
