How do I report continual unwanted solicitation calls from one or more sources. I already subscribe to the Do Not Call program, but that doesn’t stop some callers. Please advise.

Hello My name is Joseph Milton Vermont. I am receiving calls every day from a 800 number trying to contact a person from our family. They have been told dozens of time to stop call our number. We receive three or four calls a day from this agency harassing us day after day and we want these calls to stop!!! What can we do to have this happen???
