Ex-Police Officer Pushing for Drug Legalization
by JalaliTony Ryan, a retired Denver police officer, is leading a charge to legalize all drugs. Ryan is a member of a new organization called Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP), which favors repealing laws that make drugs against the law.
“The only way we have to control it, is to legalize it, regulate it and perhaps tax it…”, Ryan was quoted during a recent visit to Omaha, where he spoke on the topic.
Ryan, an experienced police officer, has been shot and stabbed in the line of duty. He claims the violence would end if drugs were legal, because it would take the profit away.

Yeah it might end the violence thats caused by money but it wont stop the violence caused by drug addiction and stress. If you legalize drugs then your telling the world that its okay to do these drugs as long as you don’t make money off it. The money is still being made by corporations like ,RXMart(fake) but you only eliminate one problem and substituting it with an increase of domestic violence. There is no baby step for drugs. The only correct way to end this is to heavily penalize people for doing drugs. You have to make the penalty so stiff that no one would dare even touch or even look at them. But it seems all the politicians are to scared to become Radicals.
