Like many people, I have kids. Also like many people, I have moments in which I think I am alone in my parenting efforts. The site belongs to Nickelodeon, which is already a known entity in most households with kids; now the company is giving parents a place of their own.

The site has content for parents of children of all ages, from pregnancy information and support for mommies-to-be to useful information on parenting teens. There are recipes, games, and even contests that parents can win. Most of all, though, there’s discussion, as parents come together and just talk. It’s amazing how helpful it is to have a community of supportive fellow parents, especially when you feel like you’re the only mom who lets her child wear his superhero cape for five straight days.
