For those of you who have not visited the TradeKing community yet, I highly encourage you to do so.

There are thousands of traders there (including myself) who are not only making trades via TradeKing’s platform, but also sharing their returns (or lack thereof). It’s interesting to watch what other people are trading on, and learning why or why not they are trading. I have to say for nothing else, it has taught me alot.

I had a financial advisor tell me once - if you want to make money, invest in mutual funds. If you want to get an education, invest in stocks.

I’ve followed along with some of the community leaders, and actually made some decent returns. I won’t be on the leaderboard anytime soon (i’m up 33% for the year) but I feel like there really is strength in numbers, especially when it comes to investing. Whether it is following along with the TradeKing Community, or watching CNBC each morning, I’ve become a better investor.
