			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>New York City (March 5, 2009)—Nat and Alex Wolff of Nickolodeon’s Naked Brothers Band have tapped into the enormous online “tween” population with the creation of the WolffPack, a virtual and physical community of super-fans. WolffPack super-fans pay a subscription fee allowing them special access to Nat and Alex, including exclusive Facebook and MySpace pages, websites, blogs, newsletters, and merchandise. Wolffpack members recently flew to Florida for Nat and Alex’s concert at the Kidfetti music festival, where they had the opportunity to meet one another and spend time with Nat and Alex backstage.</p>
<p>The WolffPack is the key to tapping into the tween social media community. Using social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and MySpace, these super-fans build Nat and Alex’s fan base by spreading the word about the band to their many online friends. WolffPack was the brainchild of Yovia, a social media marketing firm. Since they began working with Yovia to promote their band in June of 2008, Nat and Alex’s online presence has expanded by 548%. In a six-month time period, the duo’s various websites gained over 14 million page-views, with their personal homepage attracting 40,000 fans and 6500 YouTube followers.</p>
<p>“WolffPack was a natural progression from Nat and Alex’s success on the other social media sites” said Yovia spokesman Jalali Hartman, “It’s a way to bring together the connectors and influencers in this community.”<br />
Nat Wolff was recently nominated for Best Actor for the Kids’ Choice Awards, an annual event airing on Nickelodeon on March 28. Kids’ Choice Award winners are selected by fans, who vote online for their favorite nominees. The Kids’ Choice Awards are the perfect test for the WolffPack—their first task will be to spread the word about Nat’s nomination and watch the votes pour in.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jacksonville, FL, February 21 – 1 Thing for Green, a movement that encourages individuals to do one eco-friendly thing each day, has launched its 60 Days to Earth Day initiative. In the two months leading up to Earth Day, which falls on April 22, 2009. 1 Thing for Green is encouraging people to submit photos, videos and tips to www.1thingforgreen.org to illustrate the small things everyone can do to help the environment.</p>
<p>“Everyone can do just one thing each day to save the planet,” said spokesperson Jalali Hartman. “It doesn’t seem like much on the individual level, but those small things add up to big help for the environment.”</p>
<p>The photos, videos and tips submitted by visitors between February 21 and April 22 will be featured on the 1 Thing for Green website, <a href="http://www.1thingforgreen.org">www.1thingforgreen.org</a>. Visitors to the site can set up member profiles, participate in online discussions about eco-friendly topics, and learn new ways to “go green.” Individuals can also join the 1 Thing for Green cause on <a href="http://apps.facebook.com/causes/202961?m=40c37195">Facebook</a>, sign up to follow the daily updates on <a href="http://twitter.com/1Thing4Green">Twitter</a>, and view videos on the <a href="http://www.youtube.com/onethingforgreen"> 1 Thing for Green Youtube channel</a>.</p>
<p>Sponsors for 1 Thing for Green include earth-friendly groups who want to make a difference and encourage others to do the same. They include entertainers such as Nat and Alex Wolff from The Naked Brothers Band, companies such as Green Mountain Coffee, and services such as The Privacy Council. During the 60 Days to Earth Day initiative, sponsors will offer special discounts and rewards to 1 Thing for Green members while helping to spread the word about the ways that small actions can help the environment.</p>

<p>Yovia, an Internet marketing firm, is celebrating its move to Mayport Road by hosting a kick-off party focusing on the revitalization of the area.</p>
<p>Local business leaders and representatives from the city, schools, and the U.S. Navy are coming together to enjoy refreshments and exchange ideas about revitalizing Mayport Road.</p>
<p>Yovia’s founder and CEO, Jalali Hartman, moved the company to Mayport Road shortly before the New Year. Hartman, who lives with his family in a neighborhood off of Mayport Road, has a strong affiliation to the area and believes in its success. Hartman is a pioneer in the field of Internet marketing, rejecting traditional marketing techniques such as pop-up ads and SPAM messages. “We want to connect with people,” Hartman said, “not irritate them.” Instead, Yovia uses online communities of real people to spread the word about brands and messages that are important to them.</p>
<p>Hartman’s work with online communities inspired him to do something similar for Mayport Road. “Working with online communities, I’ve seen the power of social networks to effect major positive change,” says Hartman, “I thought, why can’t this work for Mayport Road? In this economy, none of us can do it alone.”</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>JACKSONVILLE, Florida (January 8, 2008) — Three internet-based companies have started a campaign to save 1 million trees in 2009. Perfspot, Yovia, and the Privacy Council have created a new type of opt-in marketing registry that consumers can utilize to prevent paper junk mail, a nuisance that fills up mailboxes and kills an estimated one tree per household every year. A “Purge and Re-subscribe” method lets consumers eliminate their address, phone number and email from all major marketing databases. At the same time, people choose which mailings and catalogs they do wish to receive.</p>
<p>Junk mail exacts a heavy environmental toll, killing trees and filling landfills. Junk mail destroys roughly 100 million trees per year, and about 44% of junk mail is thrown away without being opened.<br />
This initiative is being sponsored by leaders in social media to demonstrate the power of strong social movement to impact change. As marketers, these companies sought to take the lead in the movement toward reducing unwanted emails, phone calls and junk mail.<strong></strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>JACKSONVILLE, Florida (February 24, 2009) – <a href="http://www.ManageYourMortgage.org">ManageYourMortgage.org</a> is reaching out to both homeowners and lenders, providing homeowners cost-free assistance in modifying their mortgages, and offering lenders an automated process for handling the massive influx of refinance applicants.</p>
<p>An estimated 2.2 million American homes went into foreclosure in 2008, with one in 10 of all borrowers either delinquent or in foreclosure, according to the Mortgage Banker’s Association. The government’s Homeowner Affordability and Stability Plan offers a ray of hope to homeowners sinking under high interest rates, but even after the plan goes into effect on March 4 there are few places where borrowers can go for solutions, and almost no automated systems in place to handle the huge influx of expected applicants.</p>
<p>ManageYourMortgage.org acts as a lifeline for homeowners who need a way to negotiate with lenders or navigate the complex refinancing procedure. The company also assists banks and lenders by streamlining and automating the refinance application process. “Banks are already swamped with requests for refinancing,” said Jalali Hartman, co-founder of ManageYourMortgage.org. “After the government’s plan goes into effect, they are going to be completely overwhelmed.”</p>
<p>Most banks have no automated process in place to help homeowners who want to refinance. The current system, in which a borrower sits down with a bank’s loan officer to explore options, is already unsustainable. There are simply not enough loan officers available to meet with the demand for information and assistance. And homeowners need assistance now.</p>
<p>Homeowners who can no longer afford their mortgages face a daunting task. On top of the threat of losing their houses, borrowers have to grapple with overwhelmed lenders providing little assistance and a rise in mortgage fraud. “What borrowers need,” said Hartman, “is someone who will tell them what they need to do to modify their mortgage, someone to help them communicate with the lender. What lenders need is an automated process to help them sort through the flood of refinance requests. ManageYourMortgage.org does both.”</p>
