Greg Rider, the founder of Gregory Paul's, has
had a love for food since he was a child. He
traveled the world with his parents, sampling
delicacies and learning about a rich variety of
culinary treasures. Greg describes his unique
“cooking from the heart” skills as a classic balance
of signature modern American cuisine with an
international accent. So with years of experience
in his family's fine dining establishment in Virginia
and his passion for cooking, Greg has embarked
upon his new venture, Gregory Paul's — where
he can put his skills for cooking together with
his love for entertaining.
