The ParentsConnect widget promotion runs from May 20, 2009 to midnight EDT on November 20, 2009. U.S. residents over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. No purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited. Those wishing to enter the contest must fill out the form above and place the ParentsConnect widget on their website, blog or social networking profile. A valid name, email address and website address (URL) are required for eligibility. Only one email address and URL per entry. One winner will be chosen at random on November 13, 2009, from the valid entries received. Winner will be notified via email and will have ten (10) days to respond. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of prize, and a new winner will be drawn. Additional eligibility requirements: When a winner is chosen, the winner's website will be inspected to make sure that the ParentsConnect widget is installed. If the URL provided by the winner does not include the ParentsConnect widget, the winner will be declared ineligible and a new winner will be chosen. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
